CITY OF OREM REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Orem is requesting proposals from responsible firms or individuals for Car Washing Services for City vehicles. This RFP was issued previously with all responses being rejected as the City recommended adjustments to be made to more fully describe the services being requested. There are approximately 230 vehicles including cars and pickups. This request will include vehicles from each department within the City. Industrial and heavy vehicles will not be included. Information within your response should include pricing and billing procedures and how to identify which vehicles are being washed and the vehicle driver's identity. It is preferred that services (washing and/or detailing) be performed at your location as often as needed. Upon receipt of your proposal, the City may request your presence at a question and answer session to clarify any points of interests that may arise concerning this proposed service.
