SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE The Salt Lake City Council at its April 2, 2013 Regular Council Meeting adopted Resolution 14 of 2013 authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation (City Recorder's Office) and Salt Lake County (County Clerk Election's Division) regarding the County providing election assistance services to the City. Unless otherwise terminated, this agreement shall commence on the date of execution and terminate on December 31, 2013. The City will be billed for actual costs not-to-exceed $184,836.60. A copy of the resolution and the agreement is available for public review during normal working hours in the City Recorder's Office, City County Building, 451 South State Street, Room 415.
