The project includes the drilling of an 8-inch exploratory well (Upper Freeze Creek Well) to a depth of approximately 1,300 feet below ground surface. The well site is located in Emigration Canyon northeast of Salt Lake City in Salt Lake County, in the SW quarter of the NW quarter of Section 28, T1N, R2E, S. L. B. & M. The Project Manual & Drawings will be made available beginning Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the office of the Project Engineer, AQUA Engineering, Inc., at 533 West 2600 South - Suite 275, Bountiful, Utah 84010. Copies of the Project Manual are available at this location for a nonrefundable fee of $40. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any of the items in a bid. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted.
