Notice of Trustee's Sale The following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, at the main entrance of the Second District Court Building, 2525 Grant Avenue, Ogden, Utah, on 2/15/13 at 11:30 AM, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Tyler Rasley, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns, recorded on 4/28/08, as Entry # 2337786, covering real property purportedly known as 7083 East 1900 North, Eden, UT 84310, and more particularly described as: Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 6 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, U.S. Survey: Beginning at the Northeast corner of section; thence West 214.50 feet; thence South 243.88 feet to the Northeasterly line of state highway; thence Southeasterly along road to a point South 0°06` West 399.34 feet and South 61°56` West 72.22 feet from beginning; thence North 61°56` East 72.22 feet; thence North 0°06` East 399.34 feet to beginning. TAX # 20-001-0001. Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the current Beneficiary of the Trust Deed. Record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are reported to be Tyler Rasley and Courtney Rasley. Highest bidder must tender to Trustee a $20,000 deposit in certified funds/cashier's check at time of sale. Deposit is non-refundable and retained as damages if balance not paid within 24 hours of sale. Trustee disclaims liability for any error in the street address shown herein. Trustee may void sale due to any unknown facts at time of sale that would cause the cancellation of the sale.
