Kargl Sr. and Jo Kargl, as Trustors, in favor of Ameriquest Mortgage Company, covering real property in Juab County (Tax/Parcel No. XA-0784-22211) purportedly, but not guaranteed to be located at 790 N. 100 E., Nephi, Utah 84648, together with, and subject to, any applicable improvements, fixtures, easements, appurtenances, taxes, assessments, conditions, covenants, restrictions, reservations or other enforceable rights and obligations, and described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 30, Plat "C" of Nephi Townsite Survey, thence East 107.25 feet; thence South 112 feet; thence West 107.25 feet to the West line of Lot 3; thence North 112 feet to the place of beginning. The current beneficiary of the Trust Deed is HSBC Bank USA, N.A. and as of the date the Notice of Default recorded, the property was owned by Charles W. Kargl Sr. and Jo Kargl according to record.
