NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE APN: 52-134-0022 Trust No. 11-00010-5 Ref: BRADLY T. KEELE IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST dated May 25, 2005. Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded June 1, 2005, as Entry No. 58867:2005, of the Official Records in the office at the County Recorder of UTAH County, State of Utah executed by BRADLY T. KEELE AND SHELLY D. KEELE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH FULL RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST TENDER A DEPOSIT OF $20,000 IN CERTIFIED FUNDS TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE TIME OF SALE, WITH THE BALANCE DUE BY NOON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, AT THE OFFICE OF THE TRUSTEE.
