Main Street, Bountiful, Utah on February 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM on said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed originally executed on December 2, 2010, by Jerold K. Loof and Dian D. Loof, as trustor in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mountain States Mortgage Centers Inc. covering the following real property purported to be located in Davis at 1492N 125 W, Sunset, UT 84015 (the undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address) and more particularly described as: ALL OF LOT 49, SUBURBAN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE DAVIS COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH. The current beneficiary of the Trust Deed is Please open an Action in the Name of issue in LPS Desktop Process Management and the record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is Jerold K. Loof and Dian D. Loof. The sale is subject to bankruptcy filing payoff reinstatement or any other circumstance that would affect the validity of the sale.
