Notice of Trustee's Sale The following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, at the main entrance of the Davis County District Court, Bountiful Department, 805 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah, on 9/27/13 at 10:30 AM, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Holly S. Lang, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, its successors and assigns, recorded on 4/9/07, as Entry # 2260016, covering real property purportedly known as 721 North 100 East, Kaysville, UT 84037, and more particularly described as: Beginning 308.5 feet North from the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, thence South 15°55` West 413 feet and North 73° West 58.05 feet, thence North 2°51`26" West 336.63 feet, thence North 76°40` East 190.69 feet to the point of beginning. MORE CORRECTLY DESRIBED AS: Beginning 308.5 feet North from the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, thence South 15°55` West 413 feet; thence North 73° West 58.05 feet, thence North 2°51`26" West 336.63 feet, thence North 76°40` East 190.69 feet to the point of beginning. The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2007-FA4, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement is the current Beneficiary of the Trust Deed. Record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are reported to be Wesley M. Lang and Holly S. Lang.
