SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance that would close a 370-foot portion of City-owned alley adjacent to the Glendale Library Branch property at 1365 South Concord Street pursuant to Petition No. PLNPCM2013-00172. The alley is situated midblock between Concord Street and 1200 East and between California Avenue and 1400 South. Closing the alley to vehicle traffic will allow the City to landscape the alley.
