CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTIONS Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of September, 2013 the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinances 2013-20, 21 and 22. Ordinance 2013-20 amends Sections 13.04, 13.76.770, 13.76.775 and 13.100 by adding a definition for mobile food businesses and allowing mobile food trucks to do business in the City. Ordinance 2013-21 amends Section 3.35.110 pertaining to business license fees for mobile food businesses. Ordinance 2013-22 adopts a new chapter 13.77 pertaining to standards and regulations for landscaping. The complete ordinances are available for public inspection during normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the office of the City Recorder located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT.
