PUBLIC NOTICE To increase the transparency of its administrative rulemaking process and encourage and enable greater public participation in that process, the Division of Air Quality (DAQ) has created a table of Potential Rules Being Researched and Developed. This table lists the rule being researched and developed, the reason we're performing the research, the main contact person, a schedule for development of the draft rule, and a list of notes that describe the most recent status of the proposal, including links to what other agencies are doing. This new table is available on the Public Participation page of DAQ's website @ http://www.airquality.utah.gov/Public-Interest/Public-Commen-Hearings/Pubcom2.htm. Additionally, DAQ has created a listserve dedicated to informing interested parties of rulemaking actions taken by the Air Quality Board. Those who sign up for the listserve will receive emails that summarize Air Quality Board rulemaking actions with a link to the DAQ public participation table which contains links to a rule analysis form, links to the rules acted on, and information concerning public comment periods and public hearings. Those who sign up for the listserve will receive this information several weeks before it is published in the State Bulletin. To sign up for the listserve, please go to this webpage: http://www.deq.utah.gov/ListServ/ and subscribe to the listserve titled, Utah Air Quality Rulemaking Actions. To view the table of current rules that are out for public comment, please go to this webpage: http://www.airquality.utah.gov/Public-Interest/Public-Commen-Hearings/Pubrule.htm. 906157 UPAXLP
