NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE APN: B-1161-0003-0007 Trust No. 11-00623-8 Ref: EDWIN J. HARRIS IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST dated October 13, 2007. On December 16, 2013, at 3:00 p.m., James H. Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded November 20, 2007, as Entry No. 00563730, in Book 1112, at Pages 1524, of the official records in the office at the County Recorder of IRON County, State of Utah executed by EDWIN J. HARRIS AND ATHENA L. HARRIS HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor(s) WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST TENDER A DEPOSIT OF $20,000 IN CERTIFIED FUNDS TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE TIME OF SALE, WITH THE BALANCE DUE BY NOON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, AT THE OFFICE OF THE TRUSTEE. IF THE SALE IS SET ASIDE FOR ANY REASON, THE PURCHASER AT THE SALE SHALL BE ENTITLED ONLY TO A RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT PAID.
