REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Ely Shoshone Tribal Conservation District is inviting a qualified consultant to conduct a feasibility study on Pinion and Juniper (PJ) enterprises consisting of pine nut gathering and wood cutting operations, as well as other PJ potential enterprises. It is anticipated that the PJ economic enterprises will be recruiting business to tribal lands and creating business on and off tribal lands. Budget for this Request is $15,000.00 to conduct the research and prepare the Feasibility Study. Funding for this study has come from a grant from USDA-Rural Business Economic Grant (RBEG).
