Notice of Trustee's Sale The following property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty, at the main entrance of the Davis County District Court, Bountiful Department, 805 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah, on 2/26/13 at 10:30 AM, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Doyle M. Johnson and P. Todd Holloway, as Trustors, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Community Mortgage, a Division of First Community Bank, its successors and assigns, recorded on 2/21/06, as Entry # 2146324, covering real property purportedly known as 85 East Chase Lane, Centerville, UT 84014, and more particularly described as: Beginning at a point 18.33 chains West from the Southeast corner of Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, in the City of Centerville and running thence North 2.322 chains; thence West 1.73 chains; thence South 2.82 chains to Chase Lane, thence East 1.73 chains; thence North 0.50 of a chain to the point of beginning. TAX # 02-015-0039. Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the current Beneficiary of the Trust Deed. Record owners of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default are reported to be Doyle M. Johnson and P. Todd Holloway. Highest bidder must tender to Trustee a $20,000 deposit in certified funds/cashier's check at time of sale. Deposit is non-refundable and retained as damages if balance not paid within 24 hours of sale. Trustee disclaims liability for any error in the street address shown herein. Trustee may void sale due to any unknown facts at time of sale that would cause the cancellation of the sale. If sale is voided, Trustee shall return funds to bidder, and the Trustee and Beneficiary shall not be liable to bidder for any damages.
