Silver Spur Road, Park City, UT 84098, together with, and subject to, any applicable improvements, fixtures, easements, appurtenances, taxes, assessments, conditions, covenants, restrictions, reservations or other enforceable rights and obligations, and described as follows: LOT 134, The Jeremy Ranch, Plat No. 1, according to the official plat thereof, on file and record in the office of the County Recorder of Summit County, Utah. The current beneficiary of the Trust Deed is Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. and as of the date the Notice of Default recorded, the property was owned by Robert Ingle according to record.
