PUBLIC NOTICE Dunn Construction received a permit to operate the Dunn Five Mile Class VI Landfill located in Tooele County, Utah. The permit was approved by the Director of the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste on March 6, 2013. The permit will allow the landfill to accept non-hazardous solid waste, commercial waste, construction/demolition waste and certain special wastes. The Division reviewed the application, determined it complete and prepared a draft permit. Notice of the 30-day public comment period on the draft permit and application was published in the The Salt Lake Tribune, Deseret News, and The Tooele Transcript Bulletin on January 31, 2013. Comments were received during the public comment period.
