MURRAY CITY CORPORATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on December 10, 2013, beginning at 6:30 p.m. of said day in the Council Chambers of the Murray City Center, 5025 South State Street, Murray, Utah, the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a Public Hearing on and pertaining to the following proposed amendments to the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Budget: 1. Increase the Power Fund by $2,350,000 from the Power Fund Reserves and appropriate $2,350,000 to pay off Electric Revenue Bonds. 2. Increase the Water and Sewer Funds by $425,000 from the Water & Sewer Fund Reserves and appropriate $425,000 to pay off Water & Sewer Revenue Bonds. 3. Increase the Capital Projects budget by $1,000 as revenue from Walmart Grant and appropriate the same to Parks and Recreation to purchase a new oven. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed amendments to the City's 2013-2014 Fiscal Year Budget. Dated November 22, 2013.
